News and Information
March 17, 2009: In our goal to
provide ever-improving marketing and support to our customers, USC is currently expanding it's
global presence by reaching out to specific companies that are well
established, can help give USC the best sales exposure, the best technical
support to clients, and represents other product lines that are cohesive
with USC products.

Take a look at our new technology
called
CAS (Critical Application System)! This
new switching architecture has been introduced by USC to provide a critical
new link for both satellite and communication applications. Some companies
respond to change, others instigate it. Universal Switching Corporation has
never been happy standing still. Time and time again, we have sought
to push back the boundaries of automated switching technology.
We participate in many industry
tradeshows
to help introduce and showcase new products. Also, we're part of a
new technology consortium call LXI. This consortium is working to develop
a standard for new LAN controlled test products. Universal Switching is
planning to introduce LXI products by 2Q2009.
Some of our latest products being
introduced are new low-cost video routers, the
VSU1, DVSU1,
VSU2, HDVSU, plus other similar units. Also
new are the latest "E" versions of the popular
S2560,
S2561 and
S2562 systems. The
"E" version adds a reciently designed high capacity hot-swap power section for
high reliability and ease of maintenance. Our new
"SS" product offering makes it simple to specify a system on your own.
See our new
SS2 product section.
We introduced our new
rugged 11-slot VXIbus mainframe unit in 2006. It is specifically designed for
various rugged and industrial applications that demand the most of VXIbus
designs. (more)
