After Hours Technical Support and Sales Response Program

Universal Switching Corporation delivers product world-wide. We recognize that on occasions, technical questions or problems will arise that need to be addressed in a timely manner, even after normal business hours. In an effort to address this need, we have implemented an after hours technical support and sales response service. Normal hours of operation are from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST and closed every other Friday. For everything outside normal business hours, we provide our email response program.

Just email either sales@uswi.com for all pricing or urgent sales issues, or support@uswi.com for all after sales support questions. Please provide as much information as you can regarding your needs.
